Woocommerce plugin activating problem - by hattiwala

Hi,

i have just installed theme today and running it on newest wp version 5.8. as i have successfuly installed plugin but woocommerce plugin is not going to activate. i get this message

can u access my wp dashboard and fix the problem. thanks

also plz guide me how to change header color, because i have an orange logo and my current header is also orange

Hello,

WooCommerce file is missing. Probably plugin was not installed correctly. Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access?

The information u gave me after two days, I already know. I want its solution. you can access my wp dashboard to fix the problem. I wrote you in the last post as well. i again i need to wait 2 days.

Hello,

You did not provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to allow us to help you.
Please, provide us with WP Dashboard username and pass and with FTP host, FTP username and FTP pass.
