How to create a store locator site with standard functions of your theme

How did you built this store list? I think you have a solution for a store locator. I don’t want to use an extra plugin for a store locator function 🙂

Which one? Could you, please, provide us with the link to the page where you see the store list.
Because we don’t have such option as the store locator in our theme.
