1) Could you try if you have this issue while checking our demos https://xstore.8theme.com/ and https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/jewellery/ ? Let me know about the results.
2) Try to go to Theme Options > general > disable Site loader and check the off-canvas elements after that. Let me know about the results.
