That row was created using Massive Addons element – Interactive image https://massive.mpcthemes.net/interactive-image/
That element of Massive Addons plugin does not have responsive settings and does not look nice at our opinion for the mobile device, that’s why we have hidden the hotspot elements for the mobile using custom class http://prntscr.com/sjq1bf You can remove it if you prefer to show the spots for the mobile device.
