Hello,

1) I don’t see that you hide the elements while editing the footer static block https://prnt.sc/8r1kj1cTE9pO

If you don’t need these elements then just remove them. Check footer now, please.

2) Go to Theme Options > Mobile panel > edit the bg color of the panel. You use cache plugin so clear the cache after these changes to apply them.
