Please check our demo https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/ By default there are showing 3 products.
To achieve the desired result, go to xstore/framework/woo.php and find there etheme_cart_items function http://prntscr.com/javds6 > copy this function to your child-theme/functions.php file and remove the code in blue square.
