You use latest theme version but old version of Core plugin. Please go to Appearance > Install plugins > update 8theme Core plugin to 1.0.20 version + update all required plugins – http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
Also, check if mysql warnings message appears with a default theme activate on your site. If yes, you need to contact hosting provider support.
