Yeah, that is the main point, If the issue still persists with the default WordPress Theme as well, then it means the issue is independent of our theme, in that case, you have to contact the plugin Author or WooCommerce for it and they will help you in solving this issue, once the issue will be fixed with the default WordPress theme then it will automatically work with our theme as well.
