Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We have temporarily activated the XStore parent theme on your website and found that the Cart Page & Checkout page functions correctly on all devices without any issues. This confirms that the problem is caused by custom code modifications within your child theme.

To resolve this issue, we kindly recommend reviewing the additional code customizations in your child theme and consulting your website developer to address and fix the problem.

We hope this information is helpful. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Hello, @Tal,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

After reviewing the screenshot you provided, we have determined that it is not possible to add weight to the product image by default. This functionality requires additional code customization.

However, you can manually add weight to each product and display it on the product archive page. To achieve this, please follow the steps below:

    1. **Edit Product Details**:
    – Navigate to the product you wish to edit.
    – Go to **Product Data > Shipping**.
    – Add the weight, dimensions, and shipping class as per your requirements.
    – Save the settings.

    2. **Update the Product Archive Template**:
    – Go to **XStore Builders > Product Archive Builder** via Elementor.
    – Edit the archive template.
    – Locate the archive product widget and enable the **Show Attributes** option.
    – Save and update the changes.

For your reference, we have included images in the private content area to guide you through the process.

    Hello, @Tal,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

To make the “All Products” (Shop) page display main categories as sub-categories instead of using them as filters, Unfortunately, this feature is not available by default.

You can edit the Shop page display on the page, via Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce (Shop) > Product catalog – these settings come from WooCommerce and are independent of XStore.

If this doesn’t give you the desired result, we would recommend you contact support of WooCommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ , because our theme doesn’t have additional settings for this.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello, @Emanuela,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

1/ Kindly navigate to WordPress dashboard > Plugins > and deactivate either the Elementor Pro plugin or the Pro Elements plugin, as using both simultaneously may cause conflicts.

Afterward, You can edit the archive page under XStore builders > Product archive builder. Please read our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/

2/ A/ Website speed depends on various factors that we do not control. What we can do is share the links that can help you with speed optimization: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/

Every additional plugin slows down the site a bit, so we would recommend you disable unrequired plugins as well.

We recommend that you review the suggestions provided by Google PageSpeed in the Top Issues list: https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-invictusheights-com/b3n67j3yhk?hl=en&form_factor=desktop

    – Reduce initial server response time
    – Largest Contentful Paint element
    – Eliminate render-blocking resources
    – Reduce JavaScript execution time

For further guidance on how to improve your website’s speed, Please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it and we invite you to review our theme documentation. The following links provide detailed information on this topic:

    a. https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/

    c. https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/

For a comprehensive understanding of the specific issues that may be affecting your website’s speed, we suggest conducting a website speed test with GTMetrix https://gtmetrix.com/ or Google PageSpeed https://pagespeed.web.dev/ -These tools can provide you with actionable recommendations to further enhance your website’s performance.

2/ B/ Google Pagespeed/GTMetrix scores with 20-50 points mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress. However, our demos work very fast on mobile devices. We suggest you test it on a few mobile devices and you will see that there are no real performance problems (it will be faster once a cache plugin is activated).

We trust that this guidance will be of assistance to you. Should you require any further support, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

    Hello, @raj,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1. Geolocation Settings in WooCommerce
WooCommerce has a built-in geolocation feature that detects a user’s location based on their IP address. This can automatically pre-fill the country and sometimes even the state in the checkout form.

    Where to check these settings?

Go to WooCommerce > Settings > General.

Look for the Default Customer Location setting.

    Options here include:

No location by default: Nothing is pre-filled.

Shop base address: Defaults to the shop’s base country/state.

Geolocate: Detects the customer’s location via IP.

Geolocate (with page caching support): Same as Geolocate but optimized for cached pages.

If set to Geolocate, WooCommerce tries to guess the country and sometimes the state, depending on the IP database’s accuracy.

How to Prevent Automatic State Selection:

If you don’t want WooCommerce to pre-select the state:

    1/ Disable Geolocation:

Set Default Customer Location to “No location by default” or “Shop base address.”

    Save changes.

2/ Remove Default State via Code: Add the following snippet to your theme’s functions.php file:

    add_filter('default_checkout_state', '__return_empty_string');

This will ensure that the state field remains empty by default.

We hope this helps. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help you.

    Hello, @SuperLucas,

Thank you for providing the wp-admin access.

To solve the problem, please rename xstore-fr.po and xstore-core-fr.po to xstore-fr_FR.po and xstore-core-fr_FR.po

We hope this helps. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
