    Hello saimana,

    To reposition the Safe & Secure Checkout, please navigate to XStore > Salebooster > Enable Safe & Secure checkout. You can then use the shortcode [etheme_sales_booster_safe_checkout] and place it wherever you would like. This will output the same content that you have set up in the settings.

    For a better reference, please see the images provided here: https://postimg.cc/qg47LdTj and https://postimg.cc/9zrdcTD6.

    Hello @Pit,

    We understand that you are experiencing an issue with an application that has locked the table due to an unfinished record update in the database. If this is occurring frequently, we recommend debugging your website to identify which application (likely a plugin) is causing the issue.

    To help resolve this issue, we suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    We hope this helps. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello, @microw007,

    We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have conducted an inspection of your website and discovered that you have not imported a demo correctly.

    We recommend running an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin, which can be found at https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/. This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.

    We kindly ask that you please reset and let us know which demo you would like to import. We will be more than happy to assist you with the import.

    Would you prefer WPBakery or Elementor?

    We look forward to hearing from you.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team.

    Hello @atahan,

    I have just tested the URL of the product page you provided and it appears to be functioning correctly, as evidenced by the screenshot I have attached (https://postimg.cc/cvH6PktW). It is likely a caching issue on your end, so I suggest clearing your cache and trying again.

    Hello @PR,

    You can change the icon using Custom CSS. Please copy and paste the following CSS code into XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and change the icon code as per your requirements.

    You can find the icon code here: https://xstore.8theme.com/xstore-icons/.

    .single-product button.et-single-buy-now:before {
        content: '\e93d' !important;
    }

    The result of this code will look like this: https://postimg.cc/PphPN3cC

    Hello @PR,

    Thank you for your inquiry. The logo is an image and not text, as you can see in the attached screenshot. https://v9m6d2m2.rocketcdn.me/elementor2/industrial-power-tools/wp-content/uploads/sites/6/2023/02/Logo-img.png

    It’s picking up the body font family which we set as “Outfit-Regular” for that particular demo.

    Hello @Yash1n,

    We believe the issue you are experiencing is due to the Custom CSS you have added. Please refer to the screenshots provided at the following links: https://postimg.cc/CRQ40b5n & https://postimg.cc/QFHyc8W5

    It is likely that the code is located in Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS. If so, please remove the code and the issue should be resolved.

    If the issue persists, please provide us with your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials under the private content area of this topic, so that we can investigate further.

    We are pleased to inform you that we have resolved your issue. Please clear your browser cache and revisit your site. We discovered that the Cart element was set under Mobile Panel when the Parent Theme was activated, so we removed it and added the Wishlist element instead, which is now functioning properly.

    Hello @Eduard,

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The “WooCommerce EU VAT Number plugin” is a third-party plugin and is not included in the list of compatible plugins that we have confirmed. This is an issue with a conflict between third-party plugins and requires extra customization to resolve.

    We cannot guarantee full theme compatibility with all existing third-party plugins. In some cases, additional customization may be necessary to ensure that the theme and plugin work together. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to make the theme compatible with all existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello, @PR,

    1) In order to make the mobile menu screen appear with a solid background color, we have created a video tutorial for you on our test site. Please watch and follow the steps shown in the video: https://www.veed.io/view/2c248fe5-a685-4da8-862b-291a1535c077?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

    2) We regret to inform you that it is not possible to set the left or right off canvas as full width with the current version of the theme. Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page.

    If you would like to pursue paid customization services, we recommend submitting a customization request to the WPKraken team via their website: https://wpkraken.io/?ref=8theme.

    Alternatively, you can post your request on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If it receives enough votes from other customers, our development team will consider adding it in one of the upcoming updates.

    Hello @Cesc135,

    We apologize for the inconvenience. To downgrade the PHP version to 7.4, we suggest that you contact your service provider and ask them to resolve the issue. Once the issue is resolved, please check back.

    If the issue persists, we suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly. Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
