Cannot save changes with your constructor

Hello team, we have problems on the web, when we try to make a change with its constructor, nothing is saved, nor is it displayed to be able to modify the menu in the mobile version (it keeps thinking and it doesn’t work)

please we need help if we can’t keep working, since we can’t save any changes

Hello @Cesc135,

We apologize for the inconvenience. To downgrade the PHP version to 7.4, we suggest that you contact your service provider and ask them to resolve the issue. Once the issue is resolved, please check back.

If the issue persists, we suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly. Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
