    Hello @Zeeshan ul Hassan,

You do not need to activate the bundled plugins. For more information, please refer to the following link: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins.

To update the bundled plugins, please go to XStore > Plugin Installer and click the Update button above the plugin that has the new version.

Alternatively, you can update the plugins manually via FTP, as outlined in the following link: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/.

    Hello, @George,

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Also please provide us the small video clip of your issue as well for our better understanding.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:

    WP Admin URL:
    WP Admin Username:
    WP Admin Password:

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hello, @TY King,

The shop page is a catalog page for products that cannot be edited using Elementor by default. You can find the available settings in Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop).

    Hello, @paulkeys,

This error message indicates that the constant MAX_EXECUTION_TIME has already been defined in your WordPress configuration file, which is located at /home/vallentina/public_html/wp-config.php on line 107.

When you activate debugging in WordPress, it will display all error messages, including notices, warnings, and fatal errors. In this case, the notice message is telling you that the MAX_EXECUTION_TIME constant has been defined twice, which can cause unexpected behavior and may lead to other issues down the line.

To resolve this issue, you can remove the duplicate definition of the MAX_EXECUTION_TIME constant from your wp-config.php file. You can do this by finding the line that defines the constant and removing it or commenting it out. Alternatively, you can rename the constant to a different name to avoid conflicts with other constants that may be defined in your code.

It’s always a good practice to carefully review and test any changes you make to your code, especially when modifying configuration files.

    Best Regards,
    8Themes Team.

    Hello, @Stelio,

If you would like to modify the text on the page and buttons on your account page when not logged in, you will need to make the changes in the Theme and WooCommerce plugin language files.

For translating the site, you can use the Loco Translate plugin. For more information, please refer to our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/.

To begin, please go to Loco >> Themes >> XStore and edit the particular translation language, then click the SYNC button. After that, search and translate the words as needed.

Next, go to Loco >> Plugins >> XStore-Core and edit the particular translation language, then click the SYNC button. After that, search and translate the words as needed.

Finally, go to Loco >> Plugins >> WooCommerce and edit the particular translation language, then click the SYNC button. After that, search and translate the words as needed.

We hope this information is helpful.

    Hello @PR,

We have added different styles of products to the home page in our different demos as compared to the Shop page. This is the main reason for the discrepancy. If you would like to have the same style across all of your site, you will need to edit the sections on the home page and adjust them to match the Shop page as per your requirements. This is the only possible way.

    Hello PR,

Unfortunately, the default WooCommerce option does not provide the ability to add more sorting options to the shop page. It is possible to do so through additional customization, such as the one found at https://rudrastyh.com/woocommerce/sorting-options.html If you require something more advanced, you may need to look for an additional plugin at your own risk or contact WooCommerce support for assistance.

    Hello @PR,

Thank you for your inquiry. That widget is part of a Vendor plugin, so if you are not using a Vendor plugin on your site, it will not be possible to use that widget.

However, you can create a similar widget using the Static Block widget. To do this, go to WP Dashboard >> Static Blocks and create a new static block. Set the content as desired, and then use the Static Block sidebar widget to add it to the sidebar.
