    Hello, @PEYO,

Typically, the minimum resolution you should aim for with your WooCommerce product images is 800px x 800px. The maximum recommended resolution should be no higher than 1000px x 1000px. However, for better quality, you should aim as high as possible.

If your store is selling Glasses, you are recommended to set your WooCommerce product image at its minimum resolution is 800 px x 800 px. We also suggest you set a higher pixel than that. The reason is that your higher-quality images enable themselves to be better perceived.

In case, your products are complicated and detailed items, it would be better for you to upload larger images 2000px wide. With this size, your potential consumers could zoom in to observe all the details of your product. But a very important note is that you should avoid uploading images that are too large. Any oversized image increases the risk of slowing down your site. This is why sales will also be affected.

Further, you can read and follow the instruction written in these articles:

    A.https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/

    B.https://www.omnisend.com/blog/woocommerce-product-image-size/#:~:text=Typically%2C%20the%20minimum%20resolution%20you,aim%20as%20high%20as%20possible.

C.https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/ -These settings come from Woocommerce, not from our theme.

    We hope for your understanding.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello @abanoubmourad,

Thank you for selecting XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

    1. If you would like to add recommended products to the cart slide when a user clicks “Add to Cart”, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Header Builder > Cart > Show Linked Products (Off-Canvas) and turn it ON. Additionally, you can choose the Linked Products Type that best suits your needs.

For further reference, please refer to the image provided at the following link: https://postimg.cc/zLDQ6M0Y

    2. Our theme XStore provides a Quantity Discounts feature. You can read and follow the steps written in our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/how-to-setup-booster-sales-quantity-discounts/.

Alternatively, you can use a third-party plugin that may better meet your requirements, but please note that this is done at your own risk.

We hope this information is helpful.

    Hello @Sahnoor Alam,

Unfortunately, no. This is a premium plugin and it does not come bundled with the theme. If you wish to use it, you will need to purchase it separately, as this is the policy of Envato. You may wish to confirm this with them as well.

    Hello @webpat,

Thank you for your inquiry. You can change the way products are displayed on your WooCommerce shop page. By default, WooCommerce has the option to show the products on Shop/Category pages based on sorting. You can find all the possible sorting options under Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Catalog. Please refer to the screenshot provided for further reference: https://postimg.cc/CnqRFZHs

Alternatively, you can try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements.

We hope this information is helpful.

    Hello, @Shehzad Ghazi,

We have conducted an investigation and determined that the issue you are experiencing is due to the CDN being enabled on your site. Please refer to the attached image for further reference: https://postimg.cc/rRJ9NY3H

To deactivate the CDN on your site, we recommend that you contact your web hosting provider. Ask them to flush the complete CDN and server cache and disable the CDN for your website until you are in the development process.

If the changes you make in the Customizer are not reflected on the page, it is likely a caching issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.

We recommend that you temporarily disable any CDN caching or cache plugins, clear your browser cache, and then check again.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello @ash,

The settings for the Blog page can be found in the Theme Options > Blog > Blog Layout.

Unfortunately, the free version of Elementor which comes bundled with our theme does not allow for editing the default posts page – Blog.

However, you can create a custom page, edit it using Elementor, then add this page to the menu with the custom title “Blog”.

Content of this custom page can be created using one of our elements, for example – https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/posts-element/ and https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/posts-chess-element/.

This custom page can then be edited using Elementor.

We hope this information is helpful.

    Hello, @Namaste,

Thank you for contacting us regarding the speed issues you have experienced with your website after the theme updates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We want to assure you that the new update does not affect the optimized site speed. We understand your concern and we will do our best to help you with this issue. We suggest that you select the “Default” Image Loading Type under Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization and check if there is any improvement in the website speed.

We kindly ask that you follow the instructions provided in our previous response in order to achieve the best results.

In response to your inquiry regarding changing the cache plugin from W3 Total to WP Rocket, we recommend trying WP Rocket cache plugins, as it is compatible with Xstore theme. However, before making any changes, we strongly advise taking a backup of your website to prevent any data loss.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    We hope this helps.

    Hello, @Stelio,

The error message you are seeing indicates that the developer role associated with your Instagram account is not sufficient to perform the action you are attempting to take.

To connect your Instagram account to your website, you need to have a developer account with Instagram. If you already have a developer account, make sure that your account has the appropriate permissions to perform the action you are attempting to take.

If you don’t have a developer account, you can sign up for one at the Instagram Developer site. Once you have a developer account, you can then create a new app and obtain the necessary credentials (such as the Client ID and Client Secret) to connect your Instagram account to your website.

It’s also worth noting that Instagram has made several changes to its API in recent years, including limiting access to certain features and data. Make sure that you have the necessary permissions to access the data or features you are attempting to use.

    Kind Regards,
    8Themes Team.

Thank you for using our theme and for contacting us. We have noticed that something with color #E95D2A appears because this color is selected on specific sections. Hello, NEXITO MEDIA,

We understand that you are using an additional plugin for the Filter. Have you tried to contact the support of the plugin?

We regret to inform you that we do not guarantee full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. In some cases, additional customization may be necessary to make the theme and plugin work together. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to make the theme compatible with all existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

If you would like us to investigate further, please provide us with your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials, as well as FTP login details, in the private content area of this topic. We will do our best to help you if possible.
