Hello @PR,
We have just checked your site and it appears to be functioning properly. Please refer to the following screenshots: Under the private content area . We tested the site on a 19″ laptop screen and on a very large screen resolution of 3000px, and it worked smoothly in both cases. It is likely a cache issue on your end, so we suggest clearing the cache of your site and browser and checking again.
Best Regards,

Hello, @PR,
1. Unfortunately, it is not possible to replace the countdown to the header as it has been set from XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder >> Countdown and cannot be used under the static block.
2. You can customize the countdown for each product individually by editing it. This is the default functionality of WooCommerce and it cannot be implemented universally for all products.
3. You can change the icon from XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder >> Countdown, as illustrated in the screenshot provided here: https://postimg.cc/HJNhHFc9.
Simply find emoji in Google search and copy & paste it.
In order to change the color, please copy and paste the CSS code provided below into XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and modify the color as desired.
.et_product-block .product-sale-counter .time-block {
color: green !important;
background-color: yellow;
opacity: 0.7 !important;
}
.et-timer.type3 .time-block:before {
background: green !important;
opacity: .1 !important;
}
.et-timer.dark .time-block .timer-count {
color: green !important;
}

Hello, @PR,
On the Shopify platform, “collections” are used to group similar products together. It allows you to organize your products into different categories or collections, making it easier for customers to navigate your online store. Each collection can have its own unique page where the products within that collection are displayed.
On WordPress, you can achieve similar functionality by using categories or custom taxonomies. In WordPress, categories are a way to group posts/products together based on common characteristics. By creating a category called “Generators” and assigning it to relevant posts/products, you can display those posts on a dedicated page for the “Generators” category.

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. Hello, Patronela,
To fix the issue with preselected size variations affecting the displayed images on the shop page and product page in your website, you can follow the steps below:
1.Log into your WordPress admin panel.
2. Go to the “Products” section and click on “All Products” to view your product list.
3. Locate the product for which you want to modify the size variation settings and click on its title to edit it.
4. In the product editor page, find the “Product Data” meta box.
5. Within the “Product Data” meta box, click on the “Variations” tab.
6. If you have already created variations for the product, locate the variation that has the preselected size option (e.g., “Small”) and click on its title to edit it. If you haven’t created variations yet, click on the “Add Variation” button to create one.
7. In the variation editor, find the attribute dropdown field for the size variation (e.g., “Small”) and make sure it is not set to a preselected option.
8. If the size option is currently preselected, remove the selection by choosing a blank or default option instead. This ensures that no size option is preselected when the page loads.
9. Update or save the variation.
10. Repeat steps 6 to 9 for any other variations that have the preselected option issue.
11. Once you have modified all the affected variations, update or save the product.
For your reference, see attached image here: https://imgur.com/V3h0Ctq
By removing the preselected size option in the variations, the default selection will be blank or a default option, depending on your setup. This will prevent any specific size option from being automatically selected and affecting the displayed images on the shop and product pages.
Remember to clear any cache plugins or caching mechanisms you may have in place to ensure the changes take effect immediately. Additionally, it’s recommended to test the product pages after making the modifications to ensure the desired behavior is achieved.
We hope this will solve your issue.

8Theme’s Team

Hello, @yoni,
If you are able to observe the modifications in the Customizer but not on the page front, it is likely a cache issue. If it is functioning properly in the Customizer, it should also be functioning on the front end.
We suggest that you attempt to temporarily disable any CDN caching and cache plugins, and clear the browser cache, and then check again.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant us permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations, and also please share the site WP Admin URL and Credentials with us under the private content area of this topic, so that we can investigate and provide assistance.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
Thank you for your cooperation.
