    Hello, @Syed Nazar Ur Rehman,

    Thank you for your response.

    1/ We recommend running an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.

    After resetting your website, please let us know, we will import the demo on your site.

    2/ Additionally, please provide your site valid/ working wp-admin access and Cpanel access in the private content area.

    Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Hello, @Syed Nazar Ur Rehman,

    Thank you for your response.

    To the challenges faced during demo content import, we acknowledge the significance of a seamless setup process and apologize for any inconvenience caused. To address the errors encountered—media not installed, options not installed, menu not installed, default_woocommerce_pages not installed, and version_info not installed—please adhere to the following steps:

    Confirm that your server aligns with the minimum requirements for our theme, including PHP version compatibility.

    1-XStore Theme Requirements: set PHP version 8.0 https://imgbb.com/tpL7tV9

    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/

    2-Refer to our theme documentation about the Demo Content: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/demo-content/

    After that, if the issue persists, Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

    Additionally, Let us know which demo you want to import on your site so that we will help you to import demo on your site.

    We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Hello, @LVRB Love’s Rebel,

    Thank you for your response.

    We would like to inform you that the display of additional tabs is contingent upon the volume of content you input. Should the content exceed the capacity of one view, it may overlap into another view. To address this, we recommend implementing a scrollable interface within the tabs. This can be achieved by enabling the Scrollable Content property and adjusting the height of the view as follows:

    1. Navigate to Xstore > Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Single Product Page.
    2. Proceed to the Tab Widget section.
    3. Enable Scrollable Content and set the appropriate height for the tab.

    For your reference, please review the image provided in the private content area:

    We hope this solution proves helpful. Should you require further assistance or have any more inquiries, please feel free to contact us. We are committed to ensuring your experience with our theme is as smooth and efficient as possible.

    Hello, @lassadmin,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    1/ We are delighted to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. The resolution involved deactivating the “Litespeed cache plugin” and implementing specific CSS code modifications.

    Please find the CSS code added below, which you can locate in the Xstore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:

    1. **Product Archive Products Border Radius Removal:**

       .elementor-2007 .elementor-element.elementor-element-416b5929 .etheme-product-grid-item {
           border-radius: 0px !important;
       }

    2. **Related Products Border Radius Removal:**

       .content-product {
           border-radius: 0px !important;
       }

    For your reference, please review the images provided in the private content area:

    2/ Upon reviewing the Additional Tabs Section, it has come to our attention that the custom CSS code you implemented is responsible for the blue background color and border radius on the active tabs. To address this, we have commented out the active tab code located in Xstore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS.

    Hello, @amna,

    Thank you for your response.

    1/ We are pleased to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. Our team has edited the settings by adjusting the “Set Overflow” to “Default” and updating the system accordingly.

    Hello, @Alpha111,

    We are reaching out to kindly request an update to the CSS settings in your Xstore theme to modify the color of the old price listings on your website.

    Please follow these steps to implement the necessary changes:
    1. Navigate to Xstore > Theme Options.
    2. Select Theme Custom CSS.
    3. Click on Theme Global CSS.
    4. Insert the following CSS code:

    del .woocommerce-Price-amount bdi {
        color: #555555 !important;
    }

    You can preview the expected result by visiting this link: (https://paste.pics/edit/R37N9)

    This adjustment will ensure that the old prices across your entire site are displayed in gray, enhancing the visual consistency of your pricing information.
