    If you are able to see the changes in the Customizer but not on the page front, it is likely a cache issue. If it is working correctly in the Customizer, it should also be working on the front end.

    If you are using the Lightspeed server, Please disable Lightspeed server cache and check again.

    We suggest that you attempt to temporarily disable any caching (CDN) and cache plugins, Flush the server cache completely and clear the browser cache, and then check again.

    If you wish to add image icons to the menu is similar to the XStore demo, please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > secondary menu > Click on 8Theme custom link option > Menu option > there you may see the option Use img like, Choose/Select as image.

    You can add a banner at the top of each category page and sub-category. Please go to Products > Categories > edit category > add content into Description area.

    it can be a static block shortcode.

    We have recorded a video for you, please watch it and follow the steps shown in the video under the private content area.

    Additionally, If you wish to display the Image/text from the description of the category, You need to integrated an archive description widget into the product archive page layout.

    For your reference, the necessary CSS code has been added under the following path: XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS.

    2/ To configure your homepage, please follow these steps:
    1. Access your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Navigate to ‘Settings’ and then select ‘Reading’.
    3. Under ‘Your homepage displays’, choose the desired page to set as your homepage and confirm by clicking ‘Publish’.

    Please note, the pages available for selection can be found under ‘Dashboard’ > ‘Pages’.

    Regarding the URL you provided, it appears to be a single product page. Unfortunately, this type of page cannot be set as the homepage. You need to create page under WordPress dashboard > Pages.

    1/ We suggest that you turn off the “Mobile User-scalable” and Mobile Optimization option in (XStore > Theme Options > General) if you are using a cache plugin for mobile devices, as both optimization options can conflict with each other and will not improve the speed together.

    2/ We would recommend you use PHP 7.4 or 8.0 or 8.1.

    Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.
    Navigate to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data.

    Additionally, Please disable the server cache and CDN on your site and check again.

    2/ We regret to inform you that our current theme does not support global customization of button colors and elements. To modify these features according to your preferences, you will need to use the Elementor page builder.

    Please note that only 1 template should be for all products, others should be set for a category or something else, to prevent conflicts.

    Please create a new product category, Assign specific products to that category, and then set conditions as (in category) and specific category and save settings.

    2/ We recommend executing the import on a clear WordPress installation. You can accomplish this by using the WordPress Database Reset plugin, which can be found at https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/. This plugin enables you to erase all existing content and install a fresh version.

    3/ Afterward, Please disable all (3rd) third-party plugins including (cache plugin), except required plugins on your site and then Import the demo on your site again.

    Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please increase the memory limit as (512M) and max execution time 300 & max input vars minimum 4000 -Check the image for specific requirements here: https://imgur.com/Cyzquf8

    For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

    After that, Please clear your browser cache and recheck again.
