Hello, @Seoboost,
Thank you for your response.
1/ Please deactivate all third-party plugins on your site except the required plugins (Elementor , Woocommerce, and Xstore core plugin).
2/ We recommend executing the import on a clear WordPress installation. You can accomplish this by using the WordPress Database Reset plugin, which can be found at https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/. This plugin enables you to erase all existing content and install a fresh version.
3/ Please downgrade Php version 8.2 to 8.0
4/ Should the issue continue to persist, we kindly request that you reset your site and inform us upon completion. This will enable us to attempt the demo import on your site effectively.

You can acces with the private login details.
I contacted Cloudways, and they confirmed that there is nothing wrong with the server. I have the fastest server available, so that’s not the issue. Having created over 500 websites, I can confidently say that I am a professional in this field. I was impressed by the beautiful designs of your theme and wanted to use it to save time. However, it is currently proving to be time-consuming. While the plugin installs without issue using the plugin installer, the demo installer is not working at all.
Hello, @Seoboost,
Thank you for your prompt response.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but we kindly request that you reset your website. This will enable us to proceed with importing a fresh new WordPress installation on your site.
For optimal results, we recommend performing the import on a clean WordPress installation. You can achieve this by utilizing the WordPress Database Reset plugin, available at [WordPress Database Reset Plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This tool will allow you to remove all existing content and set up a new installation.
Additionally, please provide your site’s control panel access in the private content area for us to proceed securely.
Thank you for your cooperation.

The problem is the buggy import software. You can install the plugin via the plugin installer, but it fails in the importer. Also all pages.
