Understood. the problem is when you import the Real Estate demo, the text on the mobile panel is grey, not white, and the user is unable to read it easily. I had to roll back to etcore v4.6 to change the text colour.

Silly me. I should have realised that was “two” not two. I could kill my own phone for changing my spellings. LOL

Thank you very much and thank you to the dev team.

I notice that the fix has been applied to only the child theme and the main theme has not been fixed. Will the main theme be fixed? Has it been acknowledged that this is a fault in the main theme?

I have approximately 9 XStore licenses. Will this fix be applied to the next XStore update? I think one or two other of my sites are affected, but they can wait for the update.

At the moment, the customizer is not working on that site. I reported this in another support ticket and it is being worked on by your development team.

I am not talking about the Blog page layout, but the single blog post page where some of the meta is missing, specifically the date. It appears by default without XStore. XStore’s blog layout should not be removing this piece of information for readers, since it’s the most important part of post meta data. It shows the reader is a post is recent or out of date. Changing the Blog page layout should not remove it for single blog posts. XStore has not made this a choice for us.

I altered the modsecurity.conf file and doubled the default setting to

SecRequestBodyNoFilesLimit 262144

… then rebooted server.

Afterwards, I just tried saving the Revolution Slider slide and it saved fine without hanging, so it is working now.

Thank you for your suggestion. It worked. I will close this ticket now.

I’m running DirectAdmin on the server, with Apache, php 8 on that particular account and Modsecurity with Comodo Web Application Firewall (CWAF), and ConfigServer Security & Firewall (csf).

Here is the error log for the account on that server. I am pasting it into the Private content area.

From the log, I can’t work out if it’s telling me that there is insufficient memory. One line, in particular, suggests that to me:

If the account on the server requires more memory I can do that. I’m not having an issue with other accounts on the server running Rev Slider, but it may be because the demo has all its content in a slideshow. If this is a problem, I may not use that demo after all, especially if it is causing a drain on server resources.

Further to my earlier post…

OK, I just noticed something. When I look at XSTore Options… the preview shows the bottons how they are supposed to look, but the actual Home Page still shows the buttons with stylesheets that are not original. I have cleared the browser cache and Cloudflare cache, so not sure why it still looks that way.

Is something in the theme’s custom.css interfering with the button css for the cookie popup?

At the point that I click “save” in the video, nothing else happens. It just freezes on the Saving Slide notification.

OK, I think I solved it.

previously I was playing around with the Slider Revolution Global settings, as per one of the suggestions.

This time, I went into the Slideshow itself and changed the settings there, not in Global.

Slider > Settings > Advanced > jQuery & Output Filters > Put JS to Body = ON

(clear all caches after saving)

I’ll close this ticket tomorrow… hope it helps someone else.
