Hi,

As previously told, when I disable the email builder, I still only received the “Processing order” type of email sent to my email, but no “Customer invoice / Order details (paid)” or Customer invoice / Order details (pending) type of email sent to my email. Meaning the shopper only get the “Processing order” type of email but no invoice sent to them.

The design of the email also no longer with my brand logo, it’s default plain email sent by woocommerce.

Hi,

The countdown clock still not appear on the product slider at home page. It only visible at single product page.

The countdown clock is very important to show at homepage’s product slider as it’ll give urgency for visitor and create higher conversion.

1) Yes, the short code was copy and paste at short product description, however the count down clock not shown.

2) I have tried twice to set the sale price end date at simple product then switch back to variable product type, this is how I lost the variables which previously keyed in.

Hi,

1)The problem still the same. I have added the above short code at the short product description, however the countdown clock still not appear.

2)The count down clock only appear if I key in the sales price end date at “Simple products”, but doing this way very not stable where if I amend the sales end date then all my variations GONE! disappear by itself!
If I just create it at “Simple products”, it don’t have variations that my guest needed to choose. So both way not solving the problem.

Please advise.

Being said, any solution for variables product to have countdown clock? My product consist of different colors and size therefore need variables with countdown clock.

When the email builder is disable, the woocommerce email take over which don’t have my branding logo, still I didn’t received the invoice, only the order detail received. Below link for your reference:

Thanks for the troubleshoot. However, when I amend the sales price end date to 2022-08-31. All my product variations GONE, disappeared! How this happened and how can I restore it?
