Invoice was not sent out to client……

    Invoice was not sent out to client, only “processing order” type of email sent out to client.

    Hello,

    Check how it works when Built-in Email Builder is disabled. Let us know the result

    Hi Rose,

    When the email builder is disable, the woocommerce email take over which don’t have my branding logo, still I didn’t received the invoice, only the order detail received. Below link for your reference:

    I would like to have the Xstore email builder’s invoice and the order processing email with my branding logo. Please help.

    Take my apologies for the delay in answering.
    So, as I understand no matter if the builder is enabled or disabled you get just this type of email https://prnt.sc/Xd8cHzIERztB but with a different design, right?

    Yup. I only get the “Processing order” type of email sent to my email, but no “Customer invoice / Order details (paid)” or Customer invoice / Order details (pending) type of email sent to my email.

    Hi,

    As previously told, when I disable the email builder, I still only received the “Processing order” type of email sent to my email, but no “Customer invoice / Order details (paid)” or Customer invoice / Order details (pending) type of email sent to my email. Meaning the shopper only get the “Processing order” type of email but no invoice sent to them.

    The design of the email also no longer with my brand logo, it’s default plain email sent by woocommerce.

    Hello,

    Point is that if you don’t get the mentioned emails even with the default settings without email builder then we can do nothing. You need to contact WooCommerce plugin support with this issue.
