    This issue is costly as we lose sales. Was hoping within one day your end would provide some resolution or insights into things.

    I need to get someone to look into this and fix it if need be yet my concern was having someone investigating at the same time you are. Please confirm if you’re actively working on it so I can relay this to others to be aware. I don’t want to cause any unnecessary interference if you are working on something specific.

    I couldn’t show the previous tech help I got as they didn’t provide specifics beyond saying it was a theme issue.

    If you can visit the site store and add to cart the issue becomes evident.

    I disabled all plugins. Same result. Tried the default theme as well.
    I provided ftp access and relevant details.

    I just noticed the exact same thing is happening to the site as detailed in this old ticket. I have no added any plugins or changed anything in the last month. Suddenly the same issue of getting blank pages appears when accessing the store.

    As mentioned in this ticket I did pay someone to assist and they claimed it was the theme that caused the issue. I understand your support did not agree with this but I paid him and that’s what the issue was.

    I’d appreciate you looking into this to confirm if it is something you could resolve prior to me paying someone again.

    Thank you. Will I require this process each time I update the theme and core? This was never needed previous to approx November this yr.

    If I do try and unregister and then register months from now and my customer support has expired will I be able to do basic updates without this assistance?

    I’ll appreciate some direction on how to resolve this license issue I experienced from happening again.

    I followed the steps yet when pressing Register I get a message saying the license has been used on another domain. This is not accurate.

    The domain it claims it is registered to: frequencydomain.org – this is the domain associated with the Cpanel (it’s merely a placeholder domain name for the cpanel) – surreynaturalfoods.com is the domain within this cpanel. This is how Namecheap works (my server is hosted on namecheap) when a new domain is added to an existing cpanel account it’s an add on domain.

    There are no other domains on this cpanel account, only surreynaturalfoods.com

    How do I proceed? This xstore license has been in use for years since it was first bought and nothing else has changed. Same cpenal and same domain.

    To clarify my recent message: the theme appeared broken yet I investigated further and it seems the caching plugin is an issue so I deactivated it. Mark this ticket as closed. Thanks

    Since that update the theme is broken. I have not adjusted or altered anything after your intervention and support.

    Please check asap. All login details are still correct for you to access the backend.

    I had to hire a tech guy after trying to resolve the issue. it had nothing to do with Cache. It had to do with the theme. So I paid for support here and didn’t get any help and had to pay someone else to fix the issue. What am I paying for?

    Thank you for the steps. I did each one by one and cleared cache every time. tested all three themes I have installed. The child theme, which is what I run live, the core them and then Twenty Twenty Two wordpress core. All plugins deactivated for each test with each theme and cleared cache between each test.

    Same result. Sometimes clicking the Cart button will lead to a totally blank page as if it isn’t going anywhere and the page being clicked on is still present yet nothing is visible. Other times the adding a product to the Cart by clicking the cart button leads to the cart page but it says Empty cart. This persists with all themes.

    I have provided my login info in the original ticket so you are welcome to login. All plugins are deactivated.

    Appreciate the other set of eyeballs on the issue. I am now talking with that particular plugin developer and hopefully they find the issue. I’ll leave this ticket open just briefly and will close once I know we’re done.

    Thx. Wondering why the edit function isn’t working within elementor? Doing it the old school way works so this is fine but strange the buttons won’t work inside the elementor edit.

    Ok. Yet can you tell me how I edit the page that loads after a search is done? So visitor searches, sees results of search in new page that loads showing products: that page displays very large. How do i control/edit that page that appears after the search? Typically the product pages display as desired, smaller. Yet for some reason search results done this way display pages with massive product images and the grid is big. Please test and see what I see:

    There is no 3rd party plugin for this on my site. It is all standard within xstore. I just want to know how to add the search fields and menu options on a new page. Basically allowing the user to access a page that has the 3 search options I have on the home page. Just need to know how to add them as widgets, perhaps? Just can’t see where/how to do it.

    Not sure whay that happened. Yet the issues seem to have resolved themselves. Brand dropdown is working great now. Maybe the other tweaks you did helped.

    Thanks for that. I have a few questions maybe you can quickly answer.

    1. If I delete all content from the imported demo content, specifically the products, what happens when I import store contents from another site? Will the demo content structure be lost or just the demo content? Basically I’d like to know when I import my woocommerce store content from another site that the products will appear in the same way they appeared in the demo content structure. Mainly want to know before I do it in case there’s a best practices I should be aware of to make things relatively seamless.

    2. How do I add copyright content to footer? I see info on YT for wpbakery static blocks but can’t find info doing this with xstore

    Thx for that code, perfect. Yes, I’ll go ahead and post onto the wordpress forum for xstore and see what response I get. I’ll appeciate anything you hear back from your tech people if that happens, too.

    I have a few other issues That I’m wondering where other video tutorials might be so I don’t hassle you with these 4 or 5 things. I do need to take care of them relatively soon yet they might get answered in some video tutorials somewhere if you know of any. I’ve went to youtube and can’t find just what I’m looking for.

    Ok, yeah that’s too bad yet thx for the code. I do have something else here I made a screenshot of. Not certain how to alter the form fields in the shopping cart. At the point where someone is about to order. They all appear tiny.

    Ahh, ok. So I can go ahead and remove all demo content entirely. But what about the product page structure the theme is using? Will it disappear? I’d just like to use the product page structure but have no content as my import has all content needed.

    If I do manually remove images how will this affect my importing a full store from another site? I assume the import will populate their own product posts/pages not affecting the demo content at all. is this correct? Or does it overwrite demo content?
