I have logged in and deactivated plugins once again etc with no result.

I have no idea where to go from here. When you say ‘ solve this error with the default WordPress are you suggesting I load WordPress again?

Hi there, Sorry to hear you are having trouble logging in.
I have just connected again via FTP and cPanel using the credentials. I have done a screenshot of the FTP details and re-entered the details again in private area. Hope this is of help.

Thank you for replying . In the Dashboard of Xstore Interior theme .

At present there is a Header and a new option of Header Builder.

The header option will deprecated in 33 days.

My question is. Is there any known issues after I activate the Header Builder in the xstore interior theme.?

Hi Rose,

I contacted the hosting company to change the settings to suite System Requirements on XStore Dashboard to Max execution time of 90 , it was 30. Well we have spent all day going backwards and forwards trying to get this 30 to change to 90. They realised there was PHP alt- 7.0 on Cloudlinux and 7.1 on PHP MultiPHP Manager. Now they are both the same the System Requirement for Max execution time of 90. But after all of this when I go into WordPress/Dashboard/Appearance and Customise I cannot see files.

The little Xstore image showed again in the update area.

Also can you tell me if the PLUGIN QUFORM is a part of the XTStore theme please.

When you say limited server settings, could you advise what it is you are referring to. There is 5GB of hosting space and they are using 3GB.

I have asked them in the past about settings. could you tell me what you are referring to please because they think it is okay. I would really like to get it right.

Hi Olga,

For some reason on the homepage of the XStore site the images are not changing correctly on some screen sizes. . I have been told it might something to do with Dynamic CSS. is there something that can be done about this. I haved the FlowerPot theme from XStore. My client is unhappy with how the home page is looking on a 27″ screen and saying some of the images are cutting off and not showing correctly.

Hi Olga,
Thank you for your reply. The previous website was setup with a theme called Lithium_X. I actually thought the images came across. I opened up one of the posts, and can see now that I can add a feature image. Terrific 🙂 Thank you for whatever you did, Best wishes, Sharon.
