    Hi Rose,

I contacted the hosting company to change the settings to suite System Requirements on XStore Dashboard to Max execution time of 90 , it was 30. Well we have spent all day going backwards and forwards trying to get this 30 to change to 90. They realised there was PHP alt- 7.0 on Cloudlinux and 7.1 on PHP MultiPHP Manager. Now they are both the same the System Requirement for Max execution time of 90. But after all of this when I go into WordPress/Dashboard/Appearance and Customise I cannot see files.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    1) You did not provide link to your cPanel.
    2) We don’t need cPanel, we need FTP access (FTP host, FTP user, FTP pass). Please, provide us with FTP access instead of cPanel user and pass.

    Regards

    Hello,

We were able to find your host in one of the previous topics and connect to FTP. We found that your issue was related to PHP Memory limit https://prnt.sc/qscotd not to PHP version. We added define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’); to your wp-config.php and customizer works fine http://prntscr.com/qscwhb
You have a lot of third-party plugins, every additional plugin uses your memory, so I would recommend you to check the active plugins list and disable plugins that you do not really use.

    Regards

Thank you Olga, I very much appreciate what you have done. I will keep this in mind for other sites. I will go through the plugins as suggested.

    Best wishes
    Sharon.

    Hello,

    You’re welcome!
If you love XStore and have something nice to say don’t hesitate to tell about this! We’d appreciate if you could take a moment to give us 5-stars on ThemeForest! https://themeforest.net/downloads

    Regards
