Hello, I am ready for the update to 3.7.1 as per our same conversation above. Thank you
Thank you! I have checked and it is fixed.
Will I need to contact you every time a theme version is updated?
Here you go, thank you
Hello this is happening again… I cannot successfully add the license theme code for 2 of my websites after I update them. It doesn’t allow me to do an auto-update for the theme, I have to manually update the theme every time. Please help thank you.
Thank you, it is fixed.
Ok here they are:
Hello,
Ok I understand thank you for the information. I have now updated to the latest theme 3.6 on my two websites and when I try to activate the purchase code I am receive the same error in my previous ticket ‘API request call error’ which you had resolved as per last reply #181028. Are you able to resolve again? Thank you
Great thank you so much!
My apologies, there was still a Wordfence file remaining that was causing the issue of not being able to login. Please try again thanks.
Hello, I just deleted the Jetpack and Wordfence plugins in order to prevent the same error appearing when logging in. You should be able to log in now?
Also the theme has been updated version 3.4.
Ok I just de-activated the Jetpack and Wordfence plugins again. You should be able to log in now.
Wow, thank you… You’re amazing.
Ok for some reason it is a plugin affecting login. I de-activated both Jetpack and Wordfence. Not sure which one but you should be able to log in now?
Here is the FTP login:
Ok try now? It should be set to 7000
No whitelist that I know of…
Ok I set it at 7000 but it is still not working. Also I see strange characters at the top bulletin: “Welcome to Legenda â Youâre almost ready to start selling :)”
Any other ideas to resolve this issue? My site has been down for almost a week now.
Hello, I see the .htaccess file has:
php_value max_input_vars 5000
php_value max_execution_time 3000
Also I have now added the php.ini file with:
max_execution_time = 3000
Then I try to activate theme with purchase code but still receive same API request call error?
Ok I did and here is their reply:
Help! Here’s it is:

Hi yes I have a child theme for this site. Am I supposed to re-upload files into the theme’s parent folder via FTP? Can you provide instructions or would you like to re-upload?
Thanks,

Hi Stan, I don’t see this option there. I only see ‘Enable Lightbox for Product Images’. Please help?
I’m looking to make the Image slider (shown on the left side of my page) static so that it stays put while the user is scrolling down the page & selecting ordering options.
Thanks,
-Rachel
Ok if the scroll bar option isn’t available, is there another way – i.e. have the image not static so that when I scroll down the page, the image follows?
