    Yes that looks better thank you! Is it possible to also correct the grey font text that appears when I hover over the product links on the Shop page? They should be black too. https://raventackle.com/shop/

    Hello,

    I have finally been successful updating to the latest theme version. However when I try to enter the license keys, I receive the errors on both websites:

    “API request call error. 1) Contact your server provider and make sure that OpenSSL system library is 1.0 or higher 2) Make sure that your purshase code is associated with buyer. If you bought theme using guest account create account with the same email that was used during purchase process.”

    Also since updating versions, it appears the custom colour/styling for the promotofx site top header menu background no longer matches the forsignsinc site? Can you please fix so the blue/yellow appears in it too? Thanks.

    Hi Olga,

    I spoke to the host company. They say there are no settings to change or update and that the ping method is outdated.

    Is there an alternate way you can update the theme? Is it both websites you are unable to activate latest theme on, or just one? Is this something I can try if I am provided instructions?

    Ok I contacted the Technical Support team so they can follow-up with their web hosting admins. From a DNS standpoint, they said “We don’t see any issues. (Also, the web server does not respond to pings/ICMP, so seeing 100% loss when pinging it is normal.)”

    Hi Rose, thank you for your reply. Changes made however;

    1) The CSS custom code fixed only the ‘quantity input’ but not the other issues (I had provided 2 other screenshots in my last post).
    I also noticed the product options dropdown menu is white and not visible. In addition to the ‘cookies’ pop-up.

    2) It was already enabled but is still not showing?

    Hello Olga,

    I have two websites and two theme licenses with XStore theme. I tried to update both sites’ XStore Core from 1.0.23 theme to 1.1.4. (currently XStore 4.28.1 but need to update to the latest new 5.1) however was unsuccessful unfortunately. It completely changed the look and style of my sites with a white blank page. Are you able to help me please? I just took backups using the plugin All-in-One WP Migration plugin.

    Hello,

    Okay I understand and have purchased the additional license. Can you please proceed with project? I would like all content and products duplicated and migrated to the other site domain, but have the ‘dark theme’ activated for the look of the site instead.

    1) I see that option hides pricing from the main shop products page, is there an option to hide pricing from the single product pages as well?

    1) Sorry I meant to say ‘I turned Catalogue mode on but it is still showing products’ *pricing*? Does it not hide all pricing?

    2) Ok I added your custom code but it did not apply the change

    3) Resolved, I disabled the load more button

    Regarding 3. product page dropdown menu color I placed that code in the custom CSS but it appears to not have taken. Is that where it should go?

    Thanks I was able to fix the code for the first issue.

    How do I change the colour of the dropdown menu for the product attributes via the Single Product Page? e.g.colour, size

    Also as you can see the 2nd issue still persists, as I changed the Theme Options > E-commerce > Single Product Page > Number of slides per view > 4
    …But a duplicate image still appears?
