To download the theme from ThemeForest you need to enter the downloads area ThemeForest account, where you can view all your purchased themes. Find the XStore template among them, and click on the Download button to the right of the main content. Download the theme’s .zip file directly.

1/ Do you use CDN or server cache? Clear all cache and check then.
2/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
