Hello,

It looks like you imported the demo a few times. It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.
So do reset the current content, temporarily disable all 3rd party plugins, and do import then. Or let us know after the reset and we will do the import for you.

It was messy on first import and I tried a few more times to see if it will be better but to no avail. you can run the plugin and do the needed

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in answering.
Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun. But is usually faster than that.

I’ve imported Elementor version of niche-market02 demo, without any problem (before this disabled 3rd party plugins). Please check. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

I asked this question as well WPBakery or Elementor, which is better and faster?
Also what are the key differences in regards to your theme and which do you recommend?

WPBakery and Elementor are page builders, both are fine. I prefer Elementor. But many users like WPBakery. So, I would recommend you to watch video description of both builders and choose one of them. Let us know your decision

Hello,

You unzipped theme archive in the wrong directory.
You had /wp-content/themes/XStore_Theme_v.8.0.9/xstore
but it should be /wp-content/themes/xstore
I fixed that, so you should not have issues with the update in the future.

When I change color like that of the header, the damn stuff doesn’t change. After i click publish, the default orange color stays!

Hello,

Here is what we can see – https://prnt.sc/20qw636 Go to Theme options > Header builder > Header Main > Background Color, Header builder > All departments > Background Color Of The Title, change colors there.
If this doesn’t work, provide correct wp-admin access.

Still finding it difficult to get my way around this theme.
Currently when I load my site, it seems there is this overlay over the site which takes time to load but I don’t know what it is loading, it has significantly slowed down the speed of my site. Please check this ASAP. Kindly fix it and tell me what was the problem.

Why aren’t you responding to my problem after over 7 hours!!! I check my page speed insights on this theme, and it is very terrible. Respond to me asap! You all know that this is ecommerce, your theme is killing my business!!!
