Hello,

Go to Theme Options > Header builder > add the newsletter element to the header content and choose to show it with delay. In the newsletter content choose the Newsletter static block you want to show theme.

Provide us with WP Dashboard access if you need our help with this.

the popup appeared once but then it never came up again. i even erased everything from my browser but it never appeared. pls tell what to do

What is the URL of your site?
Check the popup via an incognito window of your browser.
Theme Options > Header builder > Newsletter > Newsletter On > try On mouse out

You need to add the Newsletter element to header and then adjust it according to your needs< for example https://prnt.sc/20vj2pm

but i dont want to add the newsletter name(TAB) on my header.

Hello,

Then disable Show label option in the Newsletter element and disable the icon. Choose “On mouse out” or “Delay” for appearance. Then element will be there but invisible.
