For example, if you import content and script need more than 30 secs then you may face the problem with demo content import. But depending on other server settings script could finish its work faster. So, if you didn’t face problems with import and theme options then don’t worry about this parameter.

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
If this situation is not caused by a plugin, provide temporary FTP access.
