I’ve imported “minimal-fashion03” demo into my site. Kindly check out issues in that looms video for more info (https://www.loom.com/share/c64e25939a2c45e09621bebf8943aa5c)

Issues:
1: Double Header on desktop(I need the first one)
2: Footer cant’ edit & update
3: Home page (Padding didn’t change)
4: No need to compare features on the Product page.
5: Main Home page banner stuck while website st tume loading

Thanks for contacting us. Please provide correct wp-admin access – https://prnt.sc/245aw76
About Footer, go to Elementor > Settings > Post Types > enable static blocks, products and so on, then you will be able to edit Footer static block using Elementor

Hello,

1/ Fixed. It was caused by unclosed } in custom CSS code.
3/ https://prnt.sc/245iguh > https://prnt.sc/245ie5x Clear cache to be able to see changes.
4/ Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product Builder > delete compare.
5/ Could you provide FTP access also?

you can use the File-Manger plugin to access the backend file instead of FTP. BECAUSE I’m OUT OF OFFICE, Thanks.

We can’t because if any fatal error appears during file editing your site will be down and we won’t be able to fix that.
So, we’ll wait for your FTP.

Because I’ve cleared cache & checked but still ” Main Home page banner take time while website time loading” looks like a little bit stuck & then load. NOT GOOD

1: So bad experience with Theme. I’ve created Header, Footer, Home page design, set shipping, Cart & checkout. Then, I only deleted dummy products from woocommerce products option & my site broke after deleting dummy products. please help me to recover everything. I spent 48 hours to doing everything.
2: I’ve deleted the cache plugin. But still facing cache issue. Noting changing on LIVE site once, I changed on the backend.

Hello,

Fixed. Changes in hotspot.php will be included in the next update also.
Use Clear cache Chrome extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn/RK%3D2/RS%3DzwqaryCReNAACSfd_oYYPpX0_tw- to clear the browser cache if you use Chrome.
