Hello,

Can you please tell us the class name of Accessories that can be added to CSS.

– provide URL of the page, please.

OR provide CSS code to hide accessories from shop page and remain them visible as individual shop page.

– to be able to give you the correct code we need to know URLs of mentioned pages and inspect code there.

Hello,

Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache > Off. Activate mentioned options once all changes to the header/menu will be done.

Hello,

we have fixed it globally in our code
you may check etheme_product_brands_render()
xstore/framework/compatibility/wpbakery.php
we have moved some part of code below condition if brands exist for product -> https://gyazo.com/c1f37697dafdabdcbf2fdbecca10157c
after this change firstly we check if product has any brands and only after that we will start output brands. Before it we started output but cut it in case no brands were found for product.

Dokan demo is based on the Organic 01 version. So you need to install that version and then install the Dokan plugin from XStore > plugin installer. After that create your vendors, read more in docs of the plugin – https://wedevs.com/docs/dokan

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
If the problem is independent of plugins, add the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS:

.et_load-posts, .et_load-posts p { max-height: 76px !important; }

Hello,

The mentioned element comes from WPBakery, so its work is independent of our theme, as you can see, there is no option to achieve such size via element settings, so 3 columns row layout was applied.

Hello,

By default, there is no such possibility, unfortunately.
Go to Products > Categories > view category and you will find the desired page. Add all widgets in the Shop sidebar area, and hide some of them for some categories, using custom CSS code.

The problem is caused by your changes in child theme. We’ve re-named file ( xstore-child/woocommerce/archive-product-latest-changes.php ) , so now it works fine – https://gyazo.com/8b03c8e28573eff87bb56f1732565bdf
We are not responsible for custom changes that you do in the child theme. So, check your code and improve that – compare 2 files from the parent and child, and made appropriate changes in the file of your child theme.

Could you record a video of the problem with page Importer for WPBakery? Provide temporary wp-admin access and URL of page you want to import.
If you are using WPBakery on the site, the XStudio won’t work, because it was created for Elementor only.
