Demo content can be imported incorrectly in case a lot of 3rd party plugins were activated on the site before the import.
I can see demo content on your site, but no Footer. Provide temporary wp-admin access.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

As a rule, this is independent of the theme and comes from WooCommerce https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/ You can activate a default theme, like Storefront and check.
Contact support of WooCommerce to get further assistance.
