    Hi there,

    I have a few questions please:

    1) how can I edit the color of any links in the text body? My main site color is set in the website settings to the one I need and the link color within the menus is correct. However, the link color within my product descriptions is not highlighted but shows as grey. Example here: https://gyazo.com/69c0a22e88cb7d39d7f0bd47e34a201a

    2) Is there a way to not allow for the images to zoom in as much? I don’t really need the pop-up image zoom and especially the further zoom that a customer can do within the pop up. Example: https://gyazo.com/2344e46bea09ec96d81a05ed3ce712d3

    If I can just have the zoom only when you hover over an image and you zoom in parts of the image that would be great. Is it possible to remove the whole zoom pop-up window? I don’t want customers to be able to screenshot my products as I sell digital downloads.

    3) My single product layout is set so the image moves along the description as you scroll down. This works well on Chrome & Edge. However, on Safari and Firefox the image stays on top and doesn’t scroll down with the content.
    Is there a fix for this? Example from Safari: https://gyazo.com/f588721cff1b712e3742b99c3a84a567

    4) How can I edit the mobile footer and its contents? Can’t seem to find the options for this, thank you

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,

    Please post different questions via separate topics, next time.
    1/ Add the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS:

    p a {
        color: red;
    }
    p a:hover {
        color: black;
    }

    change colors depends on your needs
    2/

    .single-product .woocommerce-main-image {
        pointer-events: none;
    }

    3/ Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, then I will pass your question to our dev team.
    4/ Could you provide a screenshot?

    Regards

    Thank you for your help.
    Sorry I will make sure I split topics / questions in the future.

    1/ is sorted – thank you

    2/ kind of worked but only on Safari and Firefox.
    Google Chrome & Edge still show the zoom pop up as well as the further zoom within the pop up. Safari & Firefox have no zoom pop up now.
    Any tips on how to fix it on Chrome & Edge?

    3/ Since updating point 2 the image scroll now also doesn’t work on Edge; it only works on Chrome.
    wp access & FTP access details provided, thank you

    4/ I am wanting to edit the footer menu on mobile. At the moment the footer on mobile is the same as the desktop footer and I am not sure where is the option to customise the mobile footer: https://gyazo.com/45ce234659b5819a81b337cc1623d881

    Hello,

    You provided correct FTP access but missed WP Dashboard username and password. We need to log in to your WP backend to check the settings you use. Waiting for the WP Dashboard access to proceed.

    Hi, I did provide both WP and FTP access details in my last message. I literally just used the WP password to login 2 minutes ago and it worked correctly.

    I’ve attached the details again

    Hello,

    1) You provided access to your hosting panel not to your site. I need WP dashboard access to your site http://www.staging3.diymydesign.com/

    2) We can’t log in even to that hosting account because of the double auth https://gyazo.com/aafe32a8ea9b678de5a172335526d4a3

    So, provide us access to wp-admin of http://www.staging3.diymydesign.com/

    Regards

    Oh ok, I see what you mean, I didn’t realise you are getting the code request because of location.

    Please see WP and FTP details attached

    Hello,

    2/ Check now.
    3/ I have checked your product in Safari and don’t see any problem with the fixed image https://gyazo.com/85391376d9d9c36be788db6cbf30a278
    Could you, please, provide us with link to product where you have a problem?

    4) There is no option to use one static block for the desktop and another one for the mobile. You can just use WP Bakery column responsive settings, create columns with the separate content for the desktop and mobile and choose to hide column for the desktop but show to mobile etc https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/24307760?key=c151dd2b596cd6c3dbd0b090118947b5

    3/ this is what I see on Safari: https://gyazo.com/cd74593572094f8fa85c631b02686343
    I have Safari Version 14.1.2 (14611.3.10.1.7)

    On Edge & Firefox the image also doesn’t scroll (looks the same as my Safari screenshot above)

    4/ Good idea, Thank you I will do that

    Hello,

    I checked with the Safari Version 15.3 (17612.4.9.1.8)
    Could you, please, check on other PC. Do you still have the mentioned issue? Could you try to update your version of Safari and check if it helps?

    Regards

    Hi,

    It might be the Safari version, I don’t currently see an update for Safari which is most likely because my macOS isn’t the latest one.

    Firefox & Edge scrolling is now working, so is Chrome 🙂
    You can consider the issue resolved

    Thanks
