“ADO” is a brand, not a category.
Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products style > Product Content Elements > enable categories.
Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Brands > Show Product Brands On Grid/List > Off

Download cart.min.css file – https://dropmefiles.com.ua/en/yY7w3UTx
and re-upload it via FTP into xstore/css/modules/woocommerce/pages folder.
Clear cache and check the result. If this doesn’t help, we need FTP access, so check it more deeply on your site.

Add a Short Description element in content via Single Product Builder, or provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

Hello,

In the incognito window your site is under maintenance mode, so the menu is not visible.
Theme Options > Header Builder > Main menu > Font Family.
You are using only 1 header, so the situation should be solved by all cache clearing.

This demo https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/grocery-market/ was create using Elementor plugin. Do not activate WPBakery at all. Go to settings of the Elementor > Post types > enable editor for static blocks, then you will be able to edit content of the Footer using Elementor.
In your case, there can be a conflick between 2 editors, so provide temporary wp-admin access in case you can’t see changes even after using Elementor.

The problem was caused by Smart Product Quantity plugin. I’ve disabled the plugin, clear cache and check now. Contact support of Smart Product Quantity to get assistance.

Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.

P.S. we disable gutenberg styles mostly because they are loading with no sence for many customers who are using Elementor/WPBakery builders. But with the mentioned option you may still load gutenberg styles to properly style content.
