    Begin by installing the theme on your staging store and making all the necessary customizations and adjustments.

    Should you have any inquiries regarding full site content migration, we recommend reaching out to your hosting provider for assistance. Typically, hosting support teams are equipped to handle such requests, as site migration does not pertain directly to the theme itself. We do not have specific guidance on this matter, though some of our clients have successfully used the Duplicator plugin for similar purposes.

    After completing the migration, please navigate to the XStore welcome panel, select ‘unregister theme’, and then enter your purchase code to register it again. This step is crucial to update the activation information.

    1/ Please note that the Spa demo version was created prior to the development of the header builder with Elementor. As a result, it is expected that the header is not included when importing the demo into this relatively new builder. However, we have now added the appropriate header to your website https://prnt.sc/guU3Wutl0Jxl and disabled the old header builder from the theme options.

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ). After that, clear the cache of the browser, and then check the result. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    To see the changes, it is necessary to clear the cache. This is a logical step and is not dependent on the theme. You mentioned that you cleared the cache but did not see the changes. Therefore, we disabled and then re-enabled the cache plugin to ensure the cache was cleared.
