Scripts are used to apply styles, so it takes some time while necessary styles are loaded. You can enable site preloader via Theme Options to hide that effect or try to speed up the scripts loading using cache plugin and improve server speed settings.

Typically, hosting support teams are equipped to handle such requests, as site migration does not pertain directly to the theme itself. However, if you need to apply the code specifically for certain devices, you can do so by navigating to Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS. There, you will find dedicated areas for customization. For example, you can add code that will only apply to desktop devices.
