1/ Please update the theme and Core plugin.
2/ Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
3/ If the problem is not caused by plugins, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

Could you, please, test if your issue appears when the default Storefront theme is enabled (go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront and check)? Let us know the result.
Widgets could be messed up after switching, so open the Appearance > Widgets tab before switching to be able to move the widgets to the correct area after switching back.
