We use default WooCommerce hooks and functions to load templates. Probably that plugin register emails in a different way than other WooCommerce emails and that’s why it’s not available for Email builder. So, contact the plugin author to find out why they register emails in another way than default WooCommerce emails.
“it seem the title and the price for products is very small ” – it is because of custom CSS code you used. Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look at where exactly you added the code.

It is strange situation because we do not get reports about such problem from other our customers, and there is no this problem on our test sites.
It seems to have changed wp-admin access, we can’t log in now. Please provide correct access to site where the problem persists. If your site is live, create a staging site (a full copy of the live site, so we can do tests there).
Also, record a video of the problem, so I can pass it to our dev team.

We are not responsible for custom code in your child theme.
Our Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources option works fine. URL of video you can find in the Private Content area.
This error – https://prnt.sc/hA6doFTJK-3u is caused by code in your child theme https://prnt.sc/JwwxsCsw4Ybs (if it is commented, there will be no problem)
The disappearance of content is possible due to the cache plugin, namely due to the cache not being renewed, not all cache plugins do this automatically (mainly after switching themes) and it is advisable to clean it manually https://prnt.sc/gzSLTQLqdTk8

Header Builder > Multiple headers > create a custom header and set it for all pages of a particular language. In the settings of headers, Promo text and other elements will be different depending on the language of the header.
