    “your theme build with elementor pro” – no, our theme demos use the Pro Elements plugin (free), not Elementor Pro (paid). We are compatible with Elementor Pro, but your question is independent of the theme, but related to the plugin directly.

    “support not giving me solution” – we provide support for XStore theme, but the questions you previously asked were not related to our theme because you confirmed that the issue persists even with the default WC theme – Storefron.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    2/ We can’t connect FTP:

    Error:         	Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
    Error:         	Failed to retrieve directory listing

    Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
    Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?

    If the content on your website pages was created using the Elementor plugin, we recommend disabling the WPBakery plugin to avoid potential conflicts.

    Regarding subscriptions, you are welcome to choose any other plugin that works well with the default woocommerce theme – Storefront, and is actively supported by its developers. In theory, there should be no compatibility issues with our theme. However, if any issues do arise, we will review the situation and determine what can be done to resolve them. Unfortunately, we cannot provide specific recommendations for a particular plugin, as we have not conducted official testing.

    The issues with the import might have been caused by a conflict with certain plugins or something on the server side.
