Color filter is not working in my xstore theme

We are facing a problem in our current xstore theme. The problem is the color filter is not working. And I as well needed a few customization like change the out of stock products images as per the color filter we select and disabling the active filter. I have done all the changes and fixed the bugs but when I turn the color filter off/disable, a problem come out in the category pages. The is problem as I select any color from the filter, it vanishes all the colors from the filter that are not in the filtered products. Let me elaborate more with an example too. So there are ten colors in our color filter, 1 to 10. We select color 7 and two products are available in color 7
and they are also available in three more colors, color 3, color 4 and color 5 (So we have total 4 color variations in our filter result). The problem is the colors in the filter will be narrow down from 10 color to that 4 colors (color 7, color 3, color 4 and color) but we want color.filter to display all the available color variations in the category. And this only happed in categories page, not in shop page. It works properly in shop page.

1/ Please provide wp-admin access.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

2/ We can’t connect FTP:

Error:         	Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error:         	Failed to retrieve directory listing
```
Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?

Hello, yes are have a firewall enabled with the website. Please give me your IP address so I can add in allowlist. The FTP credentials are correct.

Here is the Wp-admin access for staging website. Please note that we want to test it first ont her staging website as we don’t want any troubles on the main website yet. Because it’s live already and connected to Odoo for Products syncing.

So as per your requirement here is the wp credentials for staging. And I have also added the list of IP addresses you provided as allowlist.

Active filter mean we can select more then one color at a time We do not want that. I want that we can only select one color at a time.

Right I understand but like I stated the directory path you specified for the staging user doesn’t exist which I believe is why you may be seeing that error too –> “”421 home directory not available” error on FTP means that the user you are trying to log in with is configured to access a directory that doesn’t exist on the server, essentially indicating that the specified home directory for that FTP user is not found”

Well you have done a greate job. Now please implement it to the main website and please do one more thing. Make the out of stock products also change the images as per the color selected in the color filter. And please make it happen as soon as possible as I want to boost my website I am already late due to this issue. And save the main website files on your server before you make any changes on main website as I guess my hosting is full. If it is not possible you can proceed anyway.

Well I will provide you ftp but just asking, can’t you do this by cpanel? Or file manager in cpanel?
Actually I don’t know much about ftp and all. I had to get assistance from a developer when ever you ask for such things. Or if you can access ftp from cpanel by your self then go ahead. If any of then is not possible then just reply “Not possible” then I will talk to developer to get what you need.

Use my cpanel how ever you want to create ftp or create new administrator account for main website (cincinno-me.com). You already have my cpanel. But please I need it to be done by today.
