    Hello,

Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

Could you please clarify what exactly seems unclear? If you have conducted the test we requested and it confirmed that the issue persists with a different theme, this indicates that the problem is not related to the theme. Therefore, it would not fall under the scope of theme support. In this case, we recommend reaching out to the support team for the Elementor plugin for further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/

    Best regards,
