Hello, Faiz,
If your site is live, you can create a staging site (full copy of the live site) and do tests there first, without affecting your business.
Your hosting provider should be able to help you with this.

Hello, Directory92,
We did nothing special, just clicked on Apply all patches. It seems the problem was caused by a cache of your browser. After every update, you need to clear cache of browser.

Hello, Faiz,
Do you plan to make changes on the live site? If so, then of course it will be affected. If you make changes on test/staging site, the live site will not be affected.

Hello, Nicolo,

Hello, Faiz,
Did you ask to fix this – https://prnt.sc/AvixnvGSLZEb ?
If they can’t do this, you need to disable some plugins on your site.
For example, disable all plugins, and keep active only – WooCommerce, Elementor, Contact form 7, XStore Core. Then run import of demo content.
It would be better to make a backup of site before this, to be able to revert changes if you need it.
Hosting should be able to help with creating the backup.
Kind Regards,
8theme team

Hello, Faiz,
You have 68 plugins activated, they take a lot of server source and causes problems. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs > you need to solve this memory error – https://prnt.sc/AvixnvGSLZEb Contact your hosting provider to fix it from his side or try to follow this article – https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory/
We can’t fix it from our theme side, because this relates to your server.

Hello, Nicolo,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Hello, Faiz,
BE ATTENTIVE and don’t place the private information in the general message area because all the visitors have access to that information.
We’ve edited your message and moved the purchase code into the Private Content area.
We can’t log in. Please disable jetpack plugin and try to login by yourself using the credentials you provided for us, to make sure that access is correct.
3rd-party plugins on your site likely are the reason for the problem with demo content.

Hello, Matt K,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
Do you mean this – https://prnt.sc/8iNiGXA_SbSu ?
Our theme does not have the option to fix the footer to the window bottom. It displays the footer at the bottom of the page content and if your page content is too short then additional space appears below the footer to the window bottom.
You can try to use the next custom CSS code:
.content-page {
min-height: calc(100vh - 400px);
}
We hope this information is helpful.

Hello, Relstone,
Thank you for your response.
Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
We want to try to help you, for this, we need FTP access.
(In case we use the Appearance theme editor or ftp plugin to add fix/code and any fatal error appears during the work we’ll be blocked and the site will be down. We would not ask for FTP if we could use the Appearance theme editor or File Manager, you need to understand that.
We need FTP access to your wp-content folder at least.).
Also, you need to make sure that the 3rd-party plugin (what is the name of the plugin?) works fine with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. Please do this test and provide us with screenhots or video of that desired work.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
