Sales Booster Settings not Changing/Saving after UI Change / Theme Update

    Hello,

    I have a problem with Sales Boosters after theme update, theme seems to use old setting from previous UI and changes on new UI doesn’t apply.

    I attached video in Private area with some examples and login details.

    Thanks for help. Everything seems to be working. Could you please explain what was wrong? Why, sales boosters setting weren’t saving and patches weren’t applying? I want to know that if this happens again in future or someone will have this problem.

    You’re welcome! Sorry for the inconvenience.

    The fix for sales boosters will be added in the next theme update.

    ​The issue with patches was caused by the browser cache, we applied them without any problem. After every update, we would recommend ou to clear your browser cache.

    Hi again,

    Unfortunately, I still have problem with Advanced Product Reviews. Rating by Criteria doesn’t work / save as before. Cache cleared, browser cache too.

    There is also one weird problem, when you try to leave a review without an account. Message “You have to be logged in to be able to add photos to your review” Take half of form and someone without an account is not able to leave a review…

    How to turn on adding photo without account?

    Thank you for your response.

    1/ The problem was caused by a 3rd-party plugin.
    We’ve added compatibility with Customer Reviews for WooCommerce plugin.
    Please check now. It will be included in the next theme update also.

    2/ Form styles were fixed.

    3/ Photos can’t be added without an account, because images are saved according customer id.
