    1/ It can be activated by default, or you can activate the Lightbox via Theme Options.
    If you can’t find this option using search in Theme Options, please provide the URL and temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.
    Note that the Lightbox shows the image in real size it was uploaded on the site.

    2/ The customization services are paid and used to get something that is not on demos, something extra. If you need a feature from our demos, we can guide you here.

    When Massive Addon plugin is disabled pages can be edited using WPBakery? If so, it is a known issue of the Massive Addons plugin that caused by server limits.
    You need to contact hosting provider and ask to increase the maximum body length value.
