For the time being, a basic header has been implemented as a temporary measure.

Upon further examination, it appears that the issue may be linked to some anomalies created in the old header, as evidenced by the printout provided here: https://prnt.sc/WReS58qBPRFT.

    To address the issue, the following steps were taken:

    Our investigation led us to conclude that the problem was not with the theme itself but rather with incorrect settings. You did not encounter issues with the parent theme because it has different configuration values in Customizer.

    Check if you have this problem when a default theme (Storefront) is activated on your site, or with our theme only.
