I am writing to bring to your attention an urgent issue we have encountered with our WordPress Xstore website.

We have diligently installed, patched, and imported the theme, ensuring all steps were executed properly without encountering any errors.

However, as of yesterday evening, we have observed a critical issue: the Add to Cart and Buy Now buttons are no longer visible on any of the pages. This unexpected development is of significant concern to us as we are on the brink of launching the website.

I kindly request your immediate assistance in investigating and resolving this matter. Would you please take a moment to review the staging website and help us rectify the issue as soon as possible? Your expertise and prompt attention to this matter are greatly appreciated.

    Hello, Rudra Samrat,

We hope this message finds you well.

It appears that you may have inadvertently activated the catalog mode, which is unnecessary for your current needs as it disables the display of named buttons.

To deactivate the Catalog mode, please navigate to Theme Options and select WooCommerce.

We would be grateful if you could inform us of the outcome.

    Kind Regards,

The current functionality appears to be operational; however, a new issue has arisen regarding product variations. Despite selecting a specific option, an error message persists prompting to select an option. Additionally, upon clicking the “Buy Now” button, the payment gateway is initiated with a default value of 1 Indian Rupee. you can refer this link : https://dev.rudrasamrat.com/rudrasamrat/product/10-mukhi-rudraksha/

    Hello, Rudra Samrat,

Please check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront.
Go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate the Storefront theme. Then test and let us know the result.

Widgets could be messed up after switching, so open the Appearance > Widgets tab before switching to be able to move the widgets to the correct area after switching back and also before proceeding please take the complete backup of your site as well.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello, Rudra Samrat,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

Upon reviewing the test results, it has become evident that the situation in question is not related to our theme and persists even with the default theme. Consequently, the theme author is unable to provide assistance in this matter.

We kindly suggest that you reach out to the WooCommerce support team for further guidance. They are well-equipped to handle such inquiries and can be contacted through the following link: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
