    Hello, Incanda,

    The theme update should not have affected this, as Elementor Pro is a separate paid plugin, while Pro Elements is free.

    You can activate Elementor Pro and then deactivate the Pro Elements plugin. Your existing content built with Pro Elements should remain intact, but we always recommend creating a full backup of your website before making any changes to ensure a smooth transition.

    Steps to Fix the License Expiry Message:
    1. Verify Your License Status
    Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
    Navigate to Elementor → License.
    Check if your license is still active or expired.
    2. Try Reactivating the License
    Click Disconnect License in the license settings.
    Then, log in again to your Elementor/Pro Elements account and reactivate the license.
    3. Clear Cache & Refresh
    If the issue persists, clear your browser cache and WordPress cache (if using a caching plugin like WP Rocket or LiteSpeed Cache).
    Try refreshing the WordPress admin panel.
    4. Check for Conflicts
    Deactivate other plugins temporarily and see if the message disappears.
    If the issue is resolved after deactivating a plugin, one of them might be conflicting with Pro Elements.
    5. Update Elementor Free & Pro
    Ensure both Elementor (Free) and Pro Elements plugins are updated to their latest versions.
    6. Check Your Subscription (If Using Elementor Pro)
    If you are using Elementor Pro (not Pro Elements), ensure your subscription is still valid on the Elementor website.
    7. Contact Support

    The Loco Translate plugin allows you to translate the theme into another language; however, it does not support the creation of a multilingual website. If you wish to set up a multilingual site, we recommend using either the WPML plugin (a paid option) or one of the free alternatives, such as Polylang or qTranslate. These plugins will enable you to add a language switcher and create products, categories, and pages in multiple languages.

    2/ Please connect to your server using FTP and remove all folders inside wp-content/fonts/ folder. After that go to Theme Options > choose necessary fonts and save settings.

    As for the Elementor database update process, it is a standard procedure that ensures your website functions correctly. However, if it is running continuously, we recommend checking for any pending updates in Elementor and WordPress. You may also try deactivating and reactivating Elementor to see if this resolves the issue.

    Our theme is fully compatible with Elementor, offering extensive customization options. However, if you prefer, you may opt to use an alternative page builder such as WPBakery or the default WordPress editor, Gutenberg (Disable Gutenberg styles > Off in Theme Options > Speed Optimization).

    We would also like to inform you that if you wish to switch from WPBakery to Elementor, it will be necessary to recreate the content of your pages as there is no migration tool that can automatically transfer content from one builder to another. To ensure minimal disruption to your existing site, we recommend creating a staging site (a copy of your existing site) and updating it page by page. Or delete old demo content that was created using Elementor https://imgur.com/tRQiXkE and then import the WPBakery demo version.

    “Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 40960 bytes)” – 134217728 +40960 = 134258688 bytes = 135MB
    We recommend setting the PHP memory limit to at least 256MB for optimal performance. However, for larger websites or those with multiple plugins, 512MB may be required. Please check with your hosting provider to ensure the necessary limits are set.

    After increasing the PHP limits, your website should work properly again. If you still experience any issues, we recommend clearing the cache and checking for any error messages. Additionally, you may need to restart your server or contact your hosting provider for further assistance.
