    1/ We have made the requested changes. Please review them and let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

    2/ Please connect to your server using FTP and remove all folders inside wp-content/fonts/ folder. After that go to Theme Options > choose necessary fonts and save settings.

    3/ We kindly request that you downgrade your PHP version to 8.1. Not all plugins are compatible with your current version. Your hosting provider can do the downgrade at your request.

However, if you do not require the additional features provided by the Pro Elements plugin, you may deactivate it. Please note that any elements dependent on the deactivated plugin will no longer function. Therefore, we suggest testing your website after deactivation to ensure that all essential elements continue to work as expected.

    As for the Elementor database update process, it is a standard procedure that ensures your website functions correctly. However, if it is running continuously, we recommend checking for any pending updates in Elementor and WordPress. You may also try deactivating and reactivating Elementor to see if this resolves the issue.

    Our theme is fully compatible with Elementor, offering extensive customization options. However, if you prefer, you may opt to use an alternative page builder such as WPBakery or the default WordPress editor, Gutenberg (Disable Gutenberg styles > Off in Theme Options > Speed Optimization).

    We would also like to inform you that if you wish to switch from WPBakery to Elementor, it will be necessary to recreate the content of your pages as there is no migration tool that can automatically transfer content from one builder to another. To ensure minimal disruption to your existing site, we recommend creating a staging site (a copy of your existing site) and updating it page by page. Or delete old demo content that was created using Elementor https://imgur.com/tRQiXkE and then import the WPBakery demo version.

    “Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 40960 bytes)” – 134217728 +40960 = 134258688 bytes = 135MB
    We recommend setting the PHP memory limit to at least 256MB for optimal performance. However, for larger websites or those with multiple plugins, 512MB may be required. Please check with your hosting provider to ensure the necessary limits are set.

    After increasing the PHP limits, your website should work properly again. If you still experience any issues, we recommend clearing the cache and checking for any error messages. Additionally, you may need to restart your server or contact your hosting provider for further assistance.

    1/ We have noticed that your website currently has 32 active plugins, whereas only around 5 are actually necessary. Please note that just because a plugin comes bundled with a theme, it does not mean it needs to be activated. Additionally, we have identified third-party plugins that may be affecting your site’s performance. Each additional plugin slightly slows down the website and may also cause conflicts with other plugins.

    We recommend disabling all plugins except for the following:
    – Elementor
    – PRO Elements
    – WooCommerce
    – XStore Core
    – Contact Form 7

    After doing so, please activate only the plugins that you genuinely use.

    2/ The Furniture03 theme Home page is built using a specific template designed for that demo. Could you please clarify if you are referring to the page builder template or a particular section of the Home page? We would be happy to provide you with further details.

    Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun. But is usually faster than that. Please, do not submit multiple topics for the same request, as this does not result in a faster response time.

    We recommend checking the following:

    – Increase the PHP memory limit and execution time if they are set too low.
    – Check the error logs on your server for any specific error messages that could provide more insight into the issue.

    500 Internal server error means that there is some Fatal error in PHP script or on the server side. You can turn on debug mode in WordPress to see the error https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress
    If it will not show any errors then contact your hosting providers and ask them to give you a server error log to check what is wrong.

    Yes, it is possible to install and try WPBakery Page Builder first and then switch to Elementor. However, please note that these two page builders use different structures and shortcodes, so switching between them may require additional adjustments. If you decide to switch, we recommend fully removing the content created with the first builder before using the second one to avoid conflicts.
