    Custom CSS code can be used to change the position of arrows:

    .etheme-elementor-nav-menu-item-arrow {
    position: absolute;
    bottom: 0px;
    padding-left: 0px;
}

    , after adding the code, edit menu settings and add padding to add space at the bottom.

    2. Install Query Monitor and check its indicators.
    3. Also, review the system requirements – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/
    4. Provide URL, temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
    To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    Hello Elgaroe,

    It is because your excerpt contains tags, and when a part of the excerpt is taken to show some unclosed tags caused the problem. Keep the Show Excerpt option disabled or edit the description of products. You can add a few words in the Short description area, without tags, then the content will be displayed just fine.

    You need to create a menu via Appearance > Menus (it may contain Static Blocks) and select this menu via Header Builder > Main menu. Static blocks are used to create Mega Menus.
