Yes, we know about this, but you use 2.8 theme version and WC 3.1.1, very likely update of the theme will help you to solve the problem of add to cart. We didn’t find critical compatibility errors of our theme with WC, except outdated files. Or try to downgrade woocommerce version http://prntscr.com/fxn40y
Create backup of your files, database and theme options (Theme Options > Import/Export > Options > Export Options) to be able to restore the site to previous state if something goes wrong.

Please provide wp-admin access in Private Content.
To change logo link and link in breadcrumbs you need to edit etheme_logo and etheme_breadcrumbs functions (located in theme-functions.php file). We recommend you to make changes in a child theme.
The question is a bit unclear. Could you provide link to your site?

I’ve renamed form-billing.php file in /royal/woocommerce/checkout folder and uploaded new one with fix of the problem. Please check registration on checkout page now, if all works fine, you can delete the old file.
I’ve checked your site and content of the page is full with.
You can use “Show revolution slider instead of breadcrumbs and page title” (Edit page > Page Layout) option to add slider on shop page or add slider shortcode in http://prntscr.com/fxj58o for example, [rev_slider alias="slider name"]

Let’s try to sort out problems step by step.
1. We didn’t face any compatibility problems VC with our theme, but you have many 3-rd party plugins and they may cause problems in works. You need to disable all 3-rd party plugins and then activate Visual Composer.

2. I don’t see problem with Related Posts on your site, so please provide screenshot for better understanding.

Full width Banners and Content.
I would also like to do some full width sliders on the products page. I read that VC offers this since 4.7, but I have a feeling that needs a license now, so I know I can do it in Site origin, but i will need a short code for your header to be added into the new products front, do you have that available? or any advice on how to pull in the products gallery that is already on the products page?
